No. Our operational audits are not to address legal or regulatory compliance. Instead, we focus on your day-to-day operations, such as inventory, procurement, asset management, and workflow systems to enhance operational performance, efficiency, internal processes, and decision-making.

Gather key documents: Such as SOPs, process flow, policies, or system reports (if available). Don't worry if some are incomplete. We'll work with what you have.

We offer a hybrid model although most of our audits are done remotely. It's faster, easier, and less disruptive to your daily work. For package like Wing Stretch, we include a free onsite session. If you need more onsite time, we can add that on.
Yes, it is possible under customization package. But, we only do so if it adds value to your business. We'll assess the scope, compliance needs, risks, and whether parts of your operations can't be reviewed online. If everything can be done remotely at the same quality, we'll keep it remote. If not, we'll bring it onsite.

We use a tiered pricing structure aligned with local context definitions of Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises. Each package comes with a price range, for example, RM 3,000 to RM 5,000 for Quick Lift (Tier 1). The reason behind this is simple: every SME's operation has different complexity, data availability, and scope. This structure keeps pricing clear and predictable:
In most cases, the final fee will fall within the advertised range for your tier.
Any add-ons or customization beyond the core package are quoted and billed separately, only if you request them.
We designed these core packages to be straightforward for both of you and us. This way, you can plan your budget with confidence, knowing there are no hidden surprises while we keep the core package simple and consistent.
For the core package, no—the final fee will always fall within the published range for your SME tier. The only exceptions are:
Add-ons or customization: these are optional and separately quoted if you request them.
Legal/tax requirement: for example, if government regulations change or SST applies, we are required to include these in the final invoice.
